Lead Java Engineer

We’re Looking for a Lead Java Engineer! Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for building rich full stack web & cloud-native applications. This individual will own the full software development lifecycle to assess, and deliver critical web and cloud platforms that will directly impact hundreds of thousands to millions of users. This individual will also help grow and coach engineers to realize their full potential as much as be mentored and coached themselves for upward career acceleration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, with experience in building scalable and maintainable software systems using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment, with experience in Scrum or Kanban methodologies is highly desirable.
