About the Role We're seeking a passionate Java developer to create innovative applications for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading desks. You'll deliver high-performance solutions while maintaining existing functionality. Responsibilities Architecting and developing scalable Java applications for complex business challenges Optimizing and refactoring existing components to improve performance and maintainability Leading UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders Translating business requirements into technical specifications Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration Developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience as a Java developer Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem Proficiency in Agile development methodologies Experience with version control systems such as Git Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
