Lead IT Administrator & Infrastruktur (w/m/d)

At CDH computing, the IT service provider of the modern digital group, you will be responsible for networks, servers, security, and cloud environments of our B2B customers - from small and medium-sized enterprises to hospitals.

We are looking for you as a Senior IT Administrator (w/m/d), who thinks, decides, and implements - in the team, but with real design space.

Aufgaben

• Planning, setting up, and operating IT infrastructures of our customers (on-prem, hybrid & Cloud)
• Administration of Windows server landscapes, Active Directory, M365 / Azure AD
• Network management: Firewalls, VLANs, VPN, monitoring & security
• Care and further development of existing customer environments - proactively rather than firefighting
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd/3rd-level support
• Implementation of IT projects (migrations, rollouts, cloud moves, security upgrades)
• Automation & documentation of standards, processes, and installations
• Counseling our customers - technically sound, explained clearly

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in system/network administration
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows servers, AD, M365 / Azure
• Good knowledge of firewalls, routing, VPN, backup & security
• Experience with virtualization (Proxmox etc.)
• Clean and structured working method - you keep track even with multiple customers
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and really bringing things to an end
• German at least good in writing and speaking
• Driver's license class B (for customer meetings)

Bonus - no must:

• Linux basics
• Scripting / automation (PowerShell etc.)
• Experience in IT service or healthcare environment
