We are looking for a Lead Instructor to spearhead our Full Stack Development course and guide our students to success.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Instructor for our Full Stack Development program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development and a passion for teaching. As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and ensuring that our curriculum is aligned with the latest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Delivery and Instruction:

• Lead and conduct engaging and interactive online and offline sessions on Full Stack Development, covering tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Node.js, Express, SQL, NoSQL, GitHub, Docker, and AWS.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of complex technical concepts, making them accessible to students with varying levels of experience.

1. Curriculum Development:

• Develop and continuously update course materials, lesson plans, and projects to ensure the curriculum is current and industry-relevant.
• Incorporate emerging technologies and trends into the curriculum to keep students ahead of the curve.

1. Mentorship and Student Support:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students throughout their learning journey, offering support in both technical and professional development.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and suggest areas for improvement to help students reach their full potential.

1. Portfolio Building and Project Integration:

• Oversee the development of student portfolios, ensuring that they reflect a strong understanding of full-stack development principles and practices.
• Integrate real-world projects and case studies into the curriculum to provide students with hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of work. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Node.js, Express, SQL, NoSQL, GitHub, Docker, AWS, and other relevant tools and technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire students and colleagues, with strong organizational and communication skills.
