Lead Industrial Electrician

My client is currently seeking multiple experienced Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established industrial operations in the Gisborne region. The Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards. This includes performing routine electrical testing and inspections, identifying and rectifying faults, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance and training to junior team members, as well as contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical maintenance, with experience working on high-voltage systems, switchgear, and control panels. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as the role requires.
