Lead IBM Sterling OMS Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Lead IBM Sterling OMS Developer to drive enterprise-level Order Management initiatives for our client’s Supply Chain Engineering team. This is a leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, architecture exposure, and stakeholder management experience. You will lead design, development, and modernization initiatives on the IBM Sterling Order Management System platform supporting large-scale retail and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of order management solutions using IBM Sterling OMS; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions; Design, develop, test, and deploy order management applications; Develop and maintain technical documentation for order management solutions; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on system design; Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This is a full-time position.
