Job Description Position Title: Lead Hardware Engineer – Power Electronics / Motor Drives Experience : M.E / M.Tech with approximately 8 years of relevant experience OR B.Tech / B.E with approximately 10 years of relevant experience Location : Pune, Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in Power Electronics, Motor Drives, and Embedded Hardware Design . The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of high-performance power electronics and motor drives systems. This includes designing and testing new products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain technical specifications for power electronics and motor drives systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans • Design and test new products to meet customer requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Power Electronics, Motor Drives, and Embedded Hardware Design.
