Lead HR Manager

Our client is seeking a Lead HR Manager to join their team and drive HR excellence in alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on HR operations role with exposure to regional work across Singapore, China, and Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR services across the full employee life cycle, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience, while also supporting HR initiatives that contribute to broader business objectives. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals • Providing HR guidance and support to regional teams • Managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management • Collaborating with other departments to drive business outcomes • Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Familiarity with HR technology platforms is an asset.
