Lead HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

A leading mid-sized service company is looking for a responsible and exciting task in an international and dynamic work environment with plenty of scope for design.

Tasks

• Leadership of the Business Partner team, as well as steering interdisciplinary collaboration with Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Strategic consulting to executives on personnel-related and organizational issues, particularly in the context of transformations, restructuring, and change projects.
• Responsibility for implementing all phases of the Employee Life Cycle, as well as close support for executives along these processes.
• Coordination and implementation of corporate HR initiatives in close coordination with central HR functions.
• Surety of operational implementation and application of HR instruments, particularly in SuccessFactors.
• Support in individual labor law cases, analysis of HR key figures, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in the HR department, including several years in an HR Business Partner role with leadership responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, experience with HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors), and implementation of personnel strategic measures.
• Excellent coaching skills, analytical thinking, communication strength, and implementation ability.
• Experience in stakeholder management as well as transformation and change processes.
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
