Role: Senior-level Electrical Engineer / Lead Location: Pune, MH Work Mode: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10-15 Years Interview Mode: Only Video Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical & Electronics Design Lead with 10–15 years of experience to design and develop mission-critical products for the Fire Safety industry. The role involves end-to-end ownership of electrical and electronics system design, including UL864-compliant off-line SMPS, communication protocols, and power supply management. This includes designing and developing high-reliability systems that meet or exceed industry standards, such as UL 864. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, experience with PCB design tools like Altium Designer, and knowledge of programming languages like C, Python, or MATLAB. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with simulation software like SPICE or PSpice, and have hands-on experience with prototyping and testing. The role also requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
