Lead Hand Warehouse Worker

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper inventory control, accuracy, and documentation.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors and management on progress and challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead hand role.
• Valid forklift certification with strong practical operating experience.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team in achieving operational goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
