Lead Hand (Material Handling)

BE Power Equipment is a leading manufacturer of pressure washers, air compressors, generators and water pumps serving industrial markets in over 30 countries. The Lead Hand is the first point of contact for employees. Working with the Supervisor and Manager, they are responsible for driving results with a high-performing team. This individual will be responsible for: • Providing guidance and support to team members; • Coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects; • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Developing and implementing process improvements; • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have: • 3-5 years of experience in a material handling or logistics role; • Strong leadership and communication skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; • High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset.
