(Lead) Growth Manager Paid Media (m/w/d) Meta & Google Full Ownership

As GROWTH-MANAGER (m/w/d), you will be part of our Performance-Marketing Agency in Kiel or work Remote. Our focus lies on building and scaling online shops and lead generation. We work as a boutique agency, which means we don't work with a large number of clients, but have selected clients for whom we give everything and take the time.

If you're eager and qualified, this role can also assume the function of Team Lead.

Aufgaben

• You develop and implement sustainable Paid Social Strategies and campaigns on Meta, Google, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• You are responsible for at least a 6-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.
• As an addition to our team, you help with the planning and implementation of all Performance-Marketing activities, as well as increasing sales and customer acquisition for our clients.
• You develop concepts and briefings for Creatives for our Brand & Design Team and Content Creator*ines.
• You develop strategically and sustainably our clients. They are your daily business, where you independently steer quality assurance and monitoring processes and derive the right action recommendations from them.
• You bring in proactive new approaches and ideas to further expand existing channels and customers, as well as opening up new channels.

Qualifikation

• Mind. 3 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social and mind. 100,000€ Ad spend per year.
• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.
• You are able to quickly get familiar with new topic areas, are communication-strong, handle customer-oriented, and possess very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You work hands-on and set new standards to ensure the quality of your work.
• You possess secure German language skills as well as good English language skills.
• You're able to pitch big client ideas and lead them.
