Lead (gn) Order to Cash

As Lead (gn) Order To Cash, you are responsible for the comprehensive management of the order-to-cash process – from customer acquisition to payment receipt. You bring experience in the O2C field and have a desire to drive forward the brands ESN & More Nutrition? Then apply with us and become part of the team.

Your Mission at Us

• You are responsible for the global end-to-end order-to-cash process and continuously develop the O2C framework
• You drive the automation of EDI, Salesforce workflows, reporting, and other core processes
• You monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, order accuracy, dispute rate, and cost-to-serve
• You ensure data quality, correct customer data, and reliable order validation
• You work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics on delivery performance, product availability, and OTIF targets
• You cooperate with Finance & Credit Control on invoice accuracy, debt collection, and cash flow optimization
• You design together with IT and the Transformation Office the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA
• You build digital O2C capabilities such as workflow automation, EDI coverage, and real-time dashboards further out

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree in the field of economics, supply chain, finance, business operations or comparable
• You bring at least 8 years of professional experience in order-to-cash process, sales operations or commercial operations, ideally in FMCG, retail or consumer goods
• You have proven experience in end-to-end process management, operational excellence and digitalization
• You know Salesforce Sales Cloud (Order Management, Workflows) and SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI, Credit Management) in detail
• You have experience in EDI processes, automation tools and reporting dashboards
• You work analytically, structured and solve operational challenges proactively
• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders sovereignly and act as a strong team player
• You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus
