Job Role - Lead - Global Immigration Location - Bangalore Only Role Overview: The Lead – Global Immigration will be responsible for driving immigration compliance, audit readiness, and process transformation across global entities. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust governance, seamless operations, and regulatory adherence across all immigration-related processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Subsidiary Integration & Process Governance Conduct thorough assessments of subsidiary immigration processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to enhance compliance and efficiency. Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring transparency and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new subsidiaries into the global immigration framework. 2. Immigration Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies across all entities. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain training programs to educate employees on immigration-related policies and procedures. 3. Process Transformation Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and tools to support global immigration operations. 4. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations teams. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization. 5. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for immigration compliance, process efficiency, and regulatory adherence. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
