Aufgaben

Identification and Qualification of new business opportunities:

• You research potential new customers, analyze target markets, and identify promising leads. By structuring the qualification process, you lay the foundation for successful sales conversations.

Competition & Market Analysis:

• Analyze competitors to ensure our agency maintains a competitive edge.

Support in Sales & Project Work:

• You work on additional tasks and projects in sales to contribute to the success of the team.

Crm-Pflege & Data Management:

• Update and maintain CRM data to support the efficiency of the sales team.

Idea Development & Business Development:

• You steer creative ideas to enrich and advance our business development projects.

Qualification

Sales Experience & Cold Calling Success:

• Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly with success in cold calling.

Industry Background (Advertising / Retail):

• PREFERRED background working with the advertising and/or retail industry.

Analytical Research Competence:

• Able to conduct thorough and structured research.

High Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation:

• Self-motivation with a competitive spirit, aiming to achieve and even exceed goals.

Linguistic Competence:

• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
