Job description
We are seeking an experienced Lead GCP DevOps Engineer to take a pivotal role in delivering Google Cloud Platform solutions for our clients. In this leadership position, you will drive the architecture, guide teams on best practices and provide strategic oversight for cloud-native transformations. You will play a key role in shaping technical decisions, managing complex deployments and setting up processes for scalability and reliability. Responsibilities Take ownership of technical requirements clarification and project scope definitionProvide leadership in engaging customers to ensure project alignment and successDirect and supervise the adaptation of customer applications to a cloud-native frameworkDefine and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)Architect and optimize cloud applications for scalability, including CDN, caching, compute optimizations and robust load-balancing setupsOversee the deployment and configuration of GCP services such as identity management, secure network architecture, application security and billing processesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical decisions, designs and processesMonitor, troubleshoot and ensure optimal performance for cloud applications, including Kubernetes clusters and network connectivityMentor and guide team members through knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance technical expertise across the team Requirements 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or related rolesAdvanced qualifications and hands-on expertise in GCP services such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), CloudBuild, Secret Management and Container RegistryProven ability to manage high availability, scalability and security for Kubernetes clusters and cloud applicationsExcellent knowledge of Version Control systems like GitHub, with experience in branch strategies and repository managementMastery of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar platformsExpertise in creating and managing Dockerfiles and Kubernetes YAML configurationsIn-depth knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like AnsibleStrong troubleshooting skills for Kubernetes clusters, network connectivity issues and distributed system performance bottlenecksFamiliarity with diagnosing and debugging Python-based applications and other cloud-native technologiesExperience with enterprise AI integration using AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI ServicesExpertise in design, build, and operation of AI agents and agentic AI frameworksStrong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementationHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, OpenCode, Antigravity, or similarUnderstanding of modern Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and enterprise AI solution design We offer We gather like-minded people:Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernizationSupportive team and agile, startup-like cultureHybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within PolandChance to work abroad for up to 60 days annuallyBusiness-driven relocation opportunitiesWe provide growth opportunities:Career development programsThought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programsCertification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS)English classesWe cover it all:Stable payParticipation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discountBenefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers)Referral bonuses up to $2,000Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and moreCorporate, social and well-being eventsPlease, note:Benefits listed above are available to employees onlyWe are open for working with Contractors.
