We are looking for an experienced Lead Cloud Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) who shapes modern cloud solutions and accompanies development teams professionally.

Note: For this position, fluent German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level) are required.

Tasks

• Concept, design, and implementation of modern cloud-native applications
• Development and further development of software and microservice architectures
• Technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring of development teams
• Support for complex topics around backend, frontend, databases, testing, and integrations
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications
• Documented technical solutions and alignment with customers and project teams

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as a Lead Developer in complex software projects
• Very good knowledge of Java and/or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Fundamental experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization
• Knowledge of modern software and security architectures
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• Experience in professional leadership, onboarding, and coaching of development teams
• Outstanding communication skills and a structured and solution-oriented work approach
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level)
