Lead Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for: • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced • Collaborating with other technicians and support staff to resolve issues and improve processes • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction • Traveling to various locations to perform work and provide service to customers.
