• Independent professionalization of charter activities as well as further development of the BU's P&L results
• Independent development and coordination of charter transports and coordination of the RHO (Charter) activities with the other BUs
• Impulse provider to the Executive Unit Road within the scope of strategic orientations
• Support for the branches in achieving the BTM target matrix values
• Technical leadership and "docking station" for Charter Managers / OPS Managers
• Increase in productivity and quality in the BU's charter operations
• Identification of training needs in the BU, coordination and development of measures together with Corporate and Executive Unit

• Completed apprenticeship as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or a completed degree with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the charter or freight forwarding environment
• Strong steering competence as well as initial leadership experience
• Very good English skills
• Strong analytical skills and high communication competence
