Lead Executive - People Practices _HRBP

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)/ Lead / Sr. Executive Location: Mumbai Looking for immediate joiners only. Position Summary:. The HRBP will act as a consultant to the Operations team on HR-related issues, be a strategic partner in business, and drive people-related solutions to support organizational goals. Employee Life Cycle Management: ● Ensure seamless onboarding for new employees to integrate them into the organizational culture quickly. ● Oversee the performance management process from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:. Provide HR guidance and support to Operations teams to ensure effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Develop and implement people practices that align with business objectives. Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational change initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies. Provide coaching and training to employees on performance management, career development, and succession planning. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and leaders. Key Skills:. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 8+ years of experience in HRBP role. Certification in HR (CHRP) or equivalent is desirable.
