Lead Enterprise Architect @ Bayer

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6 years’ experience in IT with a strong emphasis on systems architecture, platform engineering, or infrastructure. 2 years in senior IT/architectural roles (Enterprise/Lead Architect or equivalent) with proven experience driving cross-organizational change. Deep expertise in cloud and infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP experience a plus). Strong system design and modeling skills- able to create detailed, high-level designs for complex systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills- ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and Agile methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and cultures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
