Job description
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who not only wants to write good code, but also to take technical responsibility and help shape an engineering team.
At SEDIWORK, you will build software for the planning and development of medical teams. You will work hands-on with our customers on our product while taking on technical leadership.
Responsibilities
What you will do with us
- You will develop yourself and solve complex technical problems.
- You will design architecture and make central technology decisions.
- You will provide technical leadership to other developers, review code, and ensure high engineering quality.
- Together with Product, you will translate customer requirements into good technical solutions.
- You will take ownership from the idea to the productive use by the customer.
- You will develop team, processes, and technology with us.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
You are a strong Software Engineer with several years of experience and want to take on more responsibility – or are already a Tech Lead. You think pragmatically, enjoy working hands-on, and are eager for leadership without moving away from engineering.
Technical depth, ownership, and good decisions are more important to us than titles or perfect career paths.

- AI/Optimization for complex planning problems
You don't have to master every technology in our stack yet. Strong software engineering fundamentals, architectural understanding, and the ability to quickly learn new topics are more important.
