T*Hiring: Lead Engineer – Quality (I Level)*
We're seeking an experienced *Lead Engineer – Quality* to join our team in ensuring the highest standards in carbon pultrusion and CFRP composites for the wind energy sector. This role offers a chance to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving industry.
*Location:* India *Experience:* 6-12 years *Education:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or Polymers *Openings:* 1
### Key Responsibilities- Manage quality and qualification requirements for carbon pultruded wind spar cap products.- Leverage expertise in carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes.- Proficiently handle the complexities of carbon pultrusion manufacturing; *NDT Level 2 certification* is an advantage.- Apply knowledge of *APQP4Wind framework, **Six Sigma, **TQM, **ISO certifications*, and conduct quality audits.- Employ strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to maintain top-tier quality standards.
*Preferred Experience from:* Gurit India, TPI Composites India, Vestas India, LM Wind, Nordex Wind, Indore Composites, TATA Composites, Boeing India, L&T Composites
