You are about to start your first day as a Lead Engineer (m/w/d) at ABRIO. You will be warmly received by a motivated and professional team. After a first joint team lunch, you will dive straight into the world of e-commerce – with exciting Shopify migration and platform projects for leading brands from the D2C, B2C, and B2B sectors.

In exciting and diverse e-commerce projects, you will work closely with our consultants, senior developers, requirements engineers, and counterparts on the client side together. While bringing structure to complex Shopify setups through the development of target images for e-commerce architectures and taking responsibility for conceiving and implementing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Beratung & Requirements Engineering: You analyze customer requirements, accompany as an expert workshops on architectures, translate technical goals into clear requirements, and support project management in prioritizing backlogs.
• Solution Architecture: You develop for our customers technical target images and integration architectures for Shopify-based enterprise commerce solutions, particularly with a focus on apps and middleware. You are thus the lead for finding suitable technical solutions for our customers.
• Fachliche Führung: You professionally lead team members from our engineering team, conceptualize and structure work packages, make or enable technical decisions, and support in delivering technical projects.
• Qualitätssicherung: You raise our quality to the next level through definition and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This ensures a high technical quality of our results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikation

IT'S A MATCH, SOFERN DU...

• have at least 3 years of professional experience as a developer in projects with complex application, integration, and service architectures – for example, in the consulting or corporate environment.
• have completed a study in the field of (business) informatics, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• enjoy working with high self-responsibility in agile setups and ideally have first experience in professional leadership.
• understand customer requirements in the context of integrated technical solutions and enjoy moving your focus from pure coding to technical consulting, quality assurance, and professional leadership.
• are experienced in requirement management as well as with concept methods (e.g., workshops accompanying, documentation of technical solutions, review of user stories/epics, preparation of technical decisions) and can translate customer requirements into clear task packages for the team.
• confidently appear in client contact, prepare trade-offs (risks, quality), and present solutions clearly.
• have experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• bring very good German and good English skills.
