Lead Engineer IP/MPLS (male/female)
Job description
- Management, prioritization and tracking of tasks in the area of network design and testing according to roadmap and business needs for ensuring goal-oriented and plan-conform development.
- Co-shaping the roadmap, to actively shape technological orientation.
- Optimization of design processes for scaling, which significantly improves efficiency and repeatability of technical workflows.
- Coordination of internal resources and external partners, ensuring a smooth collaboration among all involved parties.
- Organization and implementation of sprint planning with relevant stakeholders, as the basis for structured and agile work processes.
- Structured communication of ongoing topics, dependencies, and open points, to ensure transparency in project progress.
- Techical concept development in an organizational context, so that new solutions are designed process-oriented and sustainably.
- Technical order clarification for new orders, which creates the basis for a clear and goal-oriented implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of services and their interconnections, to be able to holistically control complex relationships in the network.
