Lead Engineer - Electronic Hardware

Dear Candidate, We have a great opportunity with us for Hardware design engineers- Position: Lead Engineer/ Engineer - Electronic Hardware Education Qualification: B.E /B Tech / M Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Total experience: 3-6 years experience of hardware design of Automotive/ Industrial Product Major Responsibilities: The candidate is expected to lead a small team of Hardware engineers working closely with cross functions such as Systems/Software Engineering, Product Validation and Test, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing. This role will involve leading the development of new electronic hardware products from concept to production, including designing, testing, and validating the product. The candidate should have experience in hardware design tools like OrCAD, Altium, or similar software. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets all the requirements and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small team of Hardware engineers to develop new electronic hardware products from concept to production. - Design, test, and validate the product to meet all the requirements and specifications. - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Systems/Software Engineering, Product Validation and Test, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing. - Ensure that the product meets all the requirements and specifications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the product. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electronic hardware design.
