Job description
Lead the engineering team through all project phases: concept, design, construction, commissioning, and delivery Ensure compliance with Class rules and all relevant maritime standards and regulations Coordinate mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems integration Collaborate with naval architects, interior designers, and project managers Oversee technical documentation, drawing approval, and classification society submissions Manage change orders, technical specifications, and engineering modifications Ensure timely and within budget delivery of the project Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, operators, and regulatory bodies Manage and control project risks, opportunities, and issues Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders Manage and control project deliverables, including documentation, reports, and presentations
