Job description
The Role: Our client is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a Data Centre engineering team based in Milan. The role focuses on the design, coordination, and technical leadership of electrical and special systems within large-scale, mission-critical and industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering compliant, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Coordinate and manage the work of external consultants and contractors as needed. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and managing teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
