Lead EHS Compliance and System

Job Title - Lead EHS Compliance and System Location - Nelamangala, Bangalore Role Purpose To support the Head EHS in driving a uniform, compliant, and high-performance EHS framework across all breweries by providing strong governance, analytics, capability building, and risk oversight enabling consistent execution at site level and informed decision-making by leadership. Key Accountabilities 1. Safety Governance & Compliance Leadership Establish and govern enterprise safety compliance framework for all breweries, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS policy, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across sites. Collaborate with the Head EHS to develop and implement effective training programs for site personnel on EHS best practices, regulations, and company policies. 2. Risk Management & Oversight Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks related to EHS, developing mitigation strategies and implementing controls to minimize risk exposure. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register, tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for EHS performance. 3. Analytics & Reporting Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support informed decision-making by leadership on EHS performance, identifying trends, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework, providing regular updates on EHS KPIs, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 4. Capability Building & Development Design and deliver training programs for site personnel on EHS best practices, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with the Head EHS to develop and implement effective succession planning and talent development strategies for EHS professionals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management system, capturing and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions across sites. 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with site personnel, leadership, and external stakeholders on EHS matters. Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information sharing on EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and reports to the Head EHS and other key stakeholders on EHS performance, metrics, and KPIs.
