- Manage planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child in your room
- Ensure all documentation is accessible, meaningful, and regulation-compliant
- Create a friendly, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
- Previous Room Leader experience is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations
- Outstanding communication—written, verbal, and digital
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia
