Our bright and welcoming spaces are open from 7:00am to 6:30pm, filled with natural light, playful learning areas, and endless opportunities for exploration — both indoors and outdoors.

In our Nursery Room, the tiniest learners leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. You’ll nurture little minds and hearts in a warm, safe, and loving environment where children feel cared for, inspired, and encouraged to discover the world around them. From gentle cuddles to curious discoveries, your days will be full of joy, connection, and those unforgettable, heart-melting moments that make early childhood teaching so special.

Our Nursery Lead Educator;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educato with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Available to work across Monday to Friday, various shift patterns
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
