Team Lead & operative Führung

⟶You lead our small, powerful development team operationally and build it step by step

⟶You optimize engineering standards, code review processes, and quality assurance – with a focus on speed and maintainability in a Ki-supported environment

⟶You are a sparring partner for the founders in technical and strategic decisions

⟶You continue to code yourself – as a hands-on lead, not just a manager

Engineering-Kultur & Workflows

⟶You drive forward how we develop with Ki – from tool setup over workflows to best practices in the team

⟶You build the guardrails: Where can Ki autonomously ship, where does it need human review

⟶You establish an engineering culture where Ki is a lever for scaling

Plattform-Architektur & Produkt

⟶You are responsible for the technical architecture of our platform (Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL)

⟶You shape the integration of LLMs in our product surfaces – RAG, Tool Use, Agent Patterns

Qualifikation

Must-Have

⟶Several years of experience as a senior or lead developer in a product-oriented environment

⟶Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

⟶You work sovereignly with modern Ki development environments and have a clear opinion on how to develop productively with them

⟶Experience with LLM integration in products: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Use

⟶First experience in professional or disciplinary leadership (small) teams
