Tasks

You are not just a developer: You are the technical point of contact, customer advocate, and professional leadership in our projects. In close cooperation with our partners, you build lasting relationships, understand business requirements, and translate them into high-quality software and data solutions.

What you shape at us:

• Close cooperation with customer teams: You are the voice between customer and development.
• Professional leadership and guidance of development teams in changing projects (no disciplinary leadership).
• Analyzing complex business requirements and developing technical concepts.
• Development and review of software from architecture to release quality level.
• Responsibility for code quality, best practices, and technological further development.
• Fostering knowledge exchange internally and with customers. You help teams grow.

Qualification

✅ At least 6 years of experience in software development, ideally in a service company with changing customers and requirements.
✅ Excellent programming skills in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, C# etc.) and experience with modern software architectures.
✅ Experience in exchanging with customers: You can communicate well, assess, and explain.
✅ Joy in professional leadership, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
✅ Experience with DevOps processes, testing, and deployment pipelines.
✅ Openness to new technologies, methods, and a partner-like cooperation.
