Lead Delivery / Senior Project Manager (M/F)

Driven by ultra-dynamic growth (€15M revenue in 2025 and a recent funding round), we are structuring our Delivery department. We are looking for a leader capable of combining operational rigor with technological excellence.

YOUR ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Delivery department, you will hold a pivotal position as Lead Delivery / Senior Project Manager. A true "field leader," you will manage several complex fixed-price projects in a stimulating Data / AI environment, while also becoming the architect of the industrialization of our internal processes.

The perfect match: You have 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years spent managing fixed-price projects within an IT consulting firm, all supported by a strong Data / AI culture.

YOUR MISSIONS:

1. Conductor of Fixed-Price Projects (Commitment to results)

• Cross-functional management: You will manage fixed-price projects from A to Z (Traditional Fixed-Price, C2S) and oversee contractual aspects as well as amendments, hand-in-hand with the Sales team.

• Guardian of the triangle: Cost, Quality, Deadlines. You are responsible for the value and quality of our tech teams' deliverables.

• Financial management: You will manage the profitability and margin of your project portfolio (monitoring key indicators: ETC, EAC).

• Guardian of commitments: You will ensure strict adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.

• Methodology & Agility: You master project management frameworks (Scrum/Agile, V-Model, SAFE) and know how to perfectly adapt them to the uncertainties inherent in Data / AI projects.

• Team leadership: You will coordinate and inspire production teams composed of engineers from top schools.

• High-level governance: You will be the direct point of contact for decision-makers at our major clients. You will prepare and lead Steering and Follow-up Committees with a strategic advisor's posture.

2. Business Development & Animation

• Business Partner: You will support the BizDev team with your 360° vision of client ecosystems (needs, roadmap, constraints).

• Organic growth: You will identify new business opportunities within your existing accounts.

• Strategic alignment: In partnership with Sales, you will ensure the scope of projects to maximize client satisfaction and team performance.

3. Industrialization of Delivery

• Processes & Tools: You will structure backlogs, optimize delivery workflows in Jira, and automate reporting to increase everyone's efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: In collaboration with Delivery Managers, you will actively participate in the transformation and industrialization of Delivery within Illuin's IS (processes, integration of corporate tools, internal KPIs).

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Engineering degree (Master's degree) from a top-tier school.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience, imperatively including managing fixed-price projects in the IT consulting or consulting firm world.

• Hard Skills:

  • A solid technical background (Java, Python, SQL) to intelligently challenge tech teams.

  • Advanced and essential mastery of Jira.

  • Proven expertise in project management (Agile, V-Model, SAFE, risk management).

  • A genuine sensitivity and sharp culture of Data & AI ecosystems.

• Soft Skills:

  • High level of autonomy and strong persuasive power.

  • A communication chameleon: you are as comfortable interacting with an internal developer as you are with the C-Level of a major client.

  • A sharp synthetic mind, excellent written/oral communication skills, and a true consultant's posture.

• Languages: Fluent French and English (international context).
