As a Lead Data Scientist at Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of this exciting journey, working closely with clients to develop data-driven strategies that drive business results. Your mission will be to lead and manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing project plans, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. In addition, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions that meet those needs, and ensure that the delivered solutions are aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience working with cloud-based technologies like AWS is also highly valued. Optional experience with Docker and operating systems like Windows is a plus.
