You will drive analytical strategy, build robust ML pipelines, and champion automation to enable data-led decision making at scale. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end data science projects from concept to production, ensuring high-quality results that meet business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development, marketing, and operations. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our EdTech platform's data landscape, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using technologies such as Apache Beam, AWS Glue, or similar tools. • Build and train machine learning models to drive business outcomes, leveraging libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Develop and maintain a suite of data science tools and frameworks to support the organization's analytics needs. • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation within the team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning. • Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on project execution, methodology, and technical skills. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and data-driven insights. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the organization, leveraging tools like Apache Airflow or Zapier. • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data science solutions into production environments. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
