Job description
12-month contract | Wellington
We’re looking for an experienced Lead for Data Migration to support a large-scale transformation programme.
- Lead the data migration workstream from planning through to go-live.
- Oversee data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation.
- Ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for migration.
- Lead data reconciliation and parallel testing.
- Work closely with payroll, HR, technology, business and implementation teams.
- Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies and readiness.
About you
- Experience leading data migration projects/workstreams.
- Strong background in payroll, HRIS, ERP or enterprise systems.
- Experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid unrestricted NZ work rights
Immediate/near-term start preferred
