Lead Data IT Manager - (m/w/d) - 120k.
Job description

Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the IT environment with clear focus on data architectures, ERP data, interfaces, and reporting structures, as well as connected infrastructure and IT security
- Analyze the existing data and system landscape and derive a structured plan for improving data quality, availability, and scalability
- Develop a data-driven IT and system strategy in close coordination with management, including prioritization of data use cases for business
- Further development and harmonization of data-based processes, optimization of data flows between ERP, applications, and analysis/reporting systems
- Budget planning and control for IT, data, and system projects with a focus on sustainable business value
- Selection, guidance, and evaluation of external service providers with a focus on Data-, ERP-, and Analytics-competence
Qualification
- Completed studies in computer science/information systems or equivalent qualification (e.g., training in the IT sector)
- Multiple years of professional experience in an IT function at a mid-sized company, ideally with first-time leadership experience or as a versatile IT all-rounder
- Fundamental technical knowledge in operating IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and IT security
- Experience working with ERP solutions and SQL databases
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Communication skills, team fit, and analytical thinking
- Safe handling of German and English
