Lead Data Analyst - Collections & Credit M/F
Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the B2C collections strategy based on the analysis of our customer data and collections operations.
To do this, you will need to measure the impact of existing actions, build analysis reports, and propose strategic directions to improve collection rates and manage credit risk.
You will support the Collections and Finance teams in their decision-making and in improving Octopus Energy France's collection processes. You will report to the Collections and Credit Risk Manager, and work closely with the collections, ops, and finance teams.
