Lead Customer Success Manager

Most customer support is reactive, transactional, and quickly forgotten. We want the opposite. Proactively approach customers before a problem even arises. Give more than you have to – that's what makes the difference that keeps customers for years. Good customer support is not just a cost factor for us. Your Tasks

• You work closely with Product and Engineering to translate raw customer feedback into clear impulses for what we should build next.
• You keep an eye on usage through our internal KI-Agent, recognize problems early, and go to customers before they need to contact us.
• You make satisfied customers our growth engine – through case studies and recommendations.
• You help shape how Customer Success looks at our company as we scale: Playbooks, processes, hiring.
• You recognize expansion potential – adjacent use cases, departments, and workflows where we're not yet present.
