Lead Content/Cleaning Technician

As a Lead Cleaning / Contents Technician, you’ll bring leadership, skill, and care to every project. From protecting and restoring belongings to leading your team on the job site, you’ll play a key role in helping people through some of their most challenging times.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team to complete cleaning and restoration work orders safely and efficiently.
• Pack, clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents damaged by water, smoke, or fire.
• Clean residential and commercial spaces, including post-construction and office environments.
• Accurately record, track, and warehouse client contents.
• Support remediation and restoration projects as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including team leadership.
• Residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage clients’ belongings.
• Ability to wear full PPE when required.
• Current IICRC FSRT and/or CPT certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:

• Additional IICRC certifications such as OCT, WRT, CCT, or UFT.
• Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle, Assured Packout).
• Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment.
• Remediation or rebuild experience.
• First Aid certification.
