Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Consultant to spearhead our recruitment efforts and enhance our client management strategies. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and placing top IT professionals while maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire IT / Non-IT professionals across various roles. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for both our clients and candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and market trends to drive business growth. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong understanding of the IT industry and its various roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
