As a Lead Consultant, you will take on a central role in our customer projects. You will connect our customers, our consulting teams, and our nearshore architects, ensuring that technical concepts not only work on paper but are also successfully implemented. In doing so, you will take on technical leadership, create clear structures, and keep the various project stakeholders aligned towards a common goal.

• Successfully bring projects to completion: You will take on the technical management of complex customer projects and ensure that requirements, architecture, and implementation align.
• Lead our Nearshore Architects: You will coordinate collaboration with our nearshore teams, establish clear responsibilities, and ensure that architectural decisions are understandable and implementable.
• Create the link between customer and delivery: You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure a smooth flow of information between the customer side, onshore consulting, and nearshore.
• Ensure technical quality: You will question solution approaches, moderate architectural decisions, and ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and appropriate for the existing SAP landscape.
• Solve complex challenges: You will take responsibility for technical or organizational blockages, bring the right people together, and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Further develop structures: You will establish best practices for collaboration with nearshore and contribute to the continuous expansion of our delivery and architecture competence.

• Several years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or comparable in complex SAP projects.
• Sound technical understanding and the ability to assess and clearly communicate architectures and complex technical interrelationships.
• Experience in the technical leadership and management of developers, consultants, or architects, ideally in nearshore teams.
• Experience in aligning diverse stakeholders – from technical experts to management – towards common solutions and project goals.
• Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility, decision-making ability, and solution orientation.
• Very good German and English language skills, as well as project-dependent travel willingness.
