Aufgaben

• You lead complex Data & AI projects in the SAP environment and are responsible for their successful implementation – from requirements analysis to go-live.
• You steer projects holistically throughout their lifecycle – from strategy and architecture over use-case identification and requirement acquisition to implementation and successful embedding in operation.
• Together with your team, you analyze technical and functional customer requirements and translate these into scalable solutions using SAP BW (BW/4HANA), SAP Datasphere, and the SAP Business Data Cloud.
• You are responsible for the content and operational management of projects, coordinate multiple streams, and ensure the quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness of delivery.
• You lead project teams professionally and disciplinarily, develop your team members specifically further, and ensure effective collaboration – even in distributed or international setups.
• As a central point of contact on the customer side, you steer stakeholders at the project and management levels, moderate alignments, and actively support escalations.
• You bring yourself into proposal processes and the development of existing customer relationships, and contribute to the sustainable development of our projects.
• You share your knowledge through training sessions, project presentations, webinars, internal and external technology events, strengthen team building in the team, and position our expertise against customers and the market.

Qualifikation

• You have long-term project experience in the Data Warehouse environment and have built comprehensive expertise in SAP BW / BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere or SAP Business Data Cloud.
• You bring fundamental experience in managing complex projects or project streams, and have already successfully led teams professionally and disciplinarily.
• You understand how to deliver structured, high-quality, and cost-effective, and keep track of priorities, resources, and risks.
• Through your high initiative and excellent communication skills, you steer both internal teams and demanding customer projects sovereignly and on an equal footing with management.
• You have fluent (C1 level) German and very good English language skills.
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies like SAP Business Data Cloud or Databricks, test their strategic use, and actively promote their adoption.
• You bring experience in leading and developing team members.
• Idealistically, you bring experience in coordinating and managing Near- and Offshore teams, and have successfully integrated them into projects.
