Lead Consultant - Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365 (m/w/d)

We are an owner-managed IT service provider in Dortmund and support around 100 companies from various industries – personally, reliably, and at a high technical level. Our strength is lived responsibility rather than anonymous ticket processing.

We are looking for someone who takes technical responsibility for our customer projects from A to Z – from the first customer conversation to the solution planning to the go-live. You will be the technical face that our customers trust, and you will receive the scope to shape things as big companies rarely offer.

Tasks

• You are responsible for customer projects independently – scoping, concept, implementation, acceptance
• You shape our Modern-Workplace world: Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, security and migration projects
• You set technical standards and develop our service quality further
• You are a consulting partner for our customers on an equal footing
• If you bring or strive for leadership: You can lead and shape our team professionally

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in independently implementing IT projects, ideally in the service provider/MSP environment
• In-depth knowledge around Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace (Intune, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online)
• Safe appearance when dealing with customers – you can explain technology clearly and sell solutions
• Eigenverantwortliche, structured work style and enthusiasm for taking responsibility
• Very good German language skills for customer communication; English is an asset
• Optional but welcome: Experience with Azure, Sophos, NinjaOne, Hornetsecurity or ITIL-based processes
