Lead Consultant, IT Security

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant, IT Security to join our team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in implementing robust security measures to safeguard our organization's IT infrastructure and assets.

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of our systems and data
• Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals, providing guidance and oversight on security projects and initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Design and implement security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access management solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into application development, infrastructure design, and business processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and best practices, and recommend appropriate security solutions
• Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees
