Tō tūranga hou | Your new role As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Generative AI landscape for clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance, lead the implementation of GenAI solutions, and ensure alignment with client objectives. You will also be at the forefront of driving innovation and responsible AI practices. Key responsibilities: * Lead and deliver GenAI projects, from initial concept to implementation and ongoing optimization. * Provide strategic consulting to clients, helping them understand the potential of GenAI and develop effective strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and share knowledge within the team and with clients. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with GenAI implementation, including ethical considerations. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the GenAI practice.
