We are looking for a strategic and implementation-strong leadership personality as Lead Collaboration & Productivity (m/w/d) in the Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr (hybrid).

In a phase of intense digitalization and modernization, you will take on a key role: You will be responsible for company-wide collaboration and productivity solutions and develop the digital work environment of the future. As you act as a central interface between IT, Security, and Business – with a clear focus on user orientation, automation, and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• You take on leadership in a transformative phase and form a central team anew. By breaking down old silos and providing clear orientation, you develop your employees empathetically into a high-performance unit.
• You transform the way of work towards proactive management. As you are responsible for the consistent control and challenging external service providers to ensure quality and provide your team with the necessary space for strategic topics.
• You are responsible for introducing central platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) as well as harmonizing the collaboration landscape (M365, Jira). You establish genuine end-to-end processes and ensure that projects are not only technically completed but also sustainably anchored in the organization.
• As a trusted partner of departments, you act on an equal footing and bridge the gap between IT and Business. You accompany the introduction of innovations – such as MS Copilot or Data Initiatives – actively to create understanding and ensure actual value creation.
• You navigate safely through the regulated corporate environment (e.g., SOX Compliance) and find the right balance in close coordination with IT Security between necessary guidelines, clean documentation, and operational speed.

Qualifikation

• You bring experience in professional leadership as well as strategic responsibility for collaboration or productivity systems.
• You possess deep operational expertise in the entire Microsoft-365 landscape.
• You have fundamental experience in change management, increasing user acceptance, and successfully introducing new technologies.
• You convince through excellent communication skills in German and English and can convey complex IT topics in a comprehensible manner.
