Step into a Leadership Role:
This opportunity is ideal for an advanced Intermediate Engineer - or a recently promoted Senior Engineer, looking to step into a defined leadership role. You’ll lead and mentor a small team of up to 5 junior engineers, while continuing to play a hands-on role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects.

About the Role
  • Lead civil design and delivery for land development projects
  • Mentor and develop a team of 5 junior to intermediate Civil Engineers
  • Manage quality assurance, documentation, and project timelines
  • Build relationships with client, councils, and other consultants
  • Take initiative in improving systems and supporting team growth
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering (land development or infrastructure)
  • CPEng or actively working towards it
  • Strong technical knowledge of 3-waters and roading design would also benefit
  • Proficient in 12d, although Civil 3d will be considered if you are willing to cross train
